Brewhemia Rewards is designed to make your visits even more rewarding. By signing up, members agree to the following:

Earning Points: Members will earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases within the venue. Points can be redeemed for vouchers, they cannot be exchanged for cash.

Redeeming Rewards: Points can be redeemed in line with the stated rewards (e.g. 50 points = £5). Rewards are non-transferrable and must be used by the registered member.

Birthday Rewards: Birthday rewards are issued once per year and can be redeemed during the guests' birth month. Proof of age may be required.

General Use: Brewhemia Rewards is intended for personal use only. Points cannot be shared, transferred, or combined across multiple accounts.

Monitoring & Misuse: All transactions are subject to monitoring. Brewhemia reserves the right to remove points, suspend accounts, or withdraw membership at any time if misuse, fraudulent activity, or behaviour deemed inappropriate is identified. This includes (but is not limited to attempting to manipulate the scheme, abuse of staff, or any activity that conflicts within the spirit of the programme.

Changes to the Programme: Brewhemia reserves the right to amend suspend, or withdraw the Rewards programme at any time without prior notice.
