But as ever, indulgence comes with a morning after. Luckily, Rabbie found salvation in the hands of a passionate local Nonna, whose small café became his sanctuary. Under her guidance, he learned the art of perfectly brewed espresso, the joy of coffee poured just so, and the simple magic that turns a cup of coffee into a ritual. For years, his days blurred between dancing, brewing, and savouring Venetian food that was nothing short of extraordinary.
Today, that spirit lives on in the Caffè. By day, it's a hub of rich, freshly brewed coffee, expertly pulled espresso, and indulgent treats. By night, it transforms into the Prosecco Bar, where live music, candlelit dinners, and dancing fill the air.
