GINUARY

Ginuary Cometh at Brewhemia Edinburgh

A celebration of the history and mystery of a most curious spirit

Where every hour is gin o’ clock…

It’s a shiny new decade, and we’re getting straight into the spirit(s) of things as we celebrate our second year of Ginuary.

We’ll be partnering with four of our very favorite gins – Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray, That Boutique-y Gin Company, Eden Mill- to offer a menu of perfect serves every week of the month, all for a very special price.

Four weeks, four perfect serves

Bombay Sapphire 2nd- 5th

Under the uncompromising eye of Ivano – their Master of Botanicals – Bombay Sapphire select only the finest botanicals and vapor infuse them to maintain a natural and delicious flavour.

Tanqueray 6th – 12th

Founded by Charles Tanqueray in 1935, Tanqueray is a real institution of the gin scene, and indeed popularised the ‘London Dry’ gin as we know it today with it’s refreshing and crisp taste.

That Boutique-y Gin Company 13th-19th

That Boutique-y Gin Company are known for their eclectic and delicious flavours and irreverent hand-illustrated labels. And it just so happens that we have pride of place on one such label… ‘A Tale of Two Cities’ is gin concocted in tribute to our fair city.

Also on the menu is a truly out of this world offering from the company. Every single ingredient in ‘Moonshot’ (including, of course, moon rock!) has been fired into the stratosphere, sent to a height of over 24km!

Eden Mill 20th-26th

We could all do with some love to help us get through January, so it’s just as well Eden Mill are here to spread the warm fuzzy vibes. ‘Love Gin’ brings together a blend of local botanicals and exotic fruits in an intoxicating blend that pours with a light pink blush. Who said January was the coldest month?!
