Oktoberfest; Oktoberfeasting, Dogtoberfest & Mother/Father’s Day revisited!

Our annual Oktoberfest celebrations have become a real Brewhemian institution since we started them four years ago. While things are clearly different this year, with the suspension of Oktoberfest in Munich, we very much wanted to keep the tradition alive in our own special way.

Our teams were working hard in the weeks and months before our reopening to ensure that we had plenty of dining and drinking delights to regale you and help celebrate the triumph of Oktoberfest no matter the circumstances. In this blog, we’ll walk you through five of the exciting new additions to look forward to!

Read ahead for all the wunderbar details…

All day Monday – Friday till 30th Oct

Need we say more? Feasting is an integral part of any self-respecting Oktoberfest, and it also happens to be the cornerstone of what we do at Brewhemia. Our newest menu takes its influences from the finest in Bavarian and Alpine fayre, featuring some Oktoberfest classics, as well as hearty new offerings. From pretzels and schnitzels to venison stew and of course, a good old fashioned sausage fest, there’s plenty to explore across our menus.

And the best bit? To celebrate our reawakening and the joy of Oktoberfest, we’re offering a massive 50% off your bill, when you dine with us from Monday – Friday. The offer is available all day long, from brunch to dinner, and all you have to do is pre-book to dine with us! Wunderbar!

Now Oktoberfest is ALL about the beer, and we certainly have you covered where that’s concerned. We’ll be pouring steins from our tanks and taps all day long, and with the United Kingdom’s largest selection of tank beers, you’re pretty much spoilt for choice.

If you’re after some Munich authenticity, we have that too! Specially for Oktoberfest, we’re serving Lowenbrau and Spaten– both delicious Bavarian beers, best enjoyed with a pretzel or bratwurst.

Sunday 27th September

Oktoberfest for dogs…what could be better!?

Bring your pawfect pal out for dinner in the Beer Palace – they’ve probably got fed up being in the house on lockdown too, and there’s nothing better for them than a wee doggy date with their is generic ativan as good as brand favourite humans. Delve into our hearty Sunday roasts, cocktails and range of exceptional beers, and bring your four-legged friend along for the experience too.

We’ve stocked up on delicious Bottom Sniffer doggy beer in and your four-legged friend will get a bottle to help celebrate Oktoberfest. All we ask is that dogs are kept on a lead and they don’t socialise between tables just now. We’ll give you a cosy doggy bed and a bowl for the beer. Get the drinks pawing!

MUTTERTAG – Mother’s Day Revisited!
11th October

Lots of us missed Mother’s Day in lockdown, so bring your Queen to our beer palace and join us for decadent dining, and plenty of fizz as we make up for lost time. Treat the most special lady in your life to our Moet for Mum celebration- book in for lunch, brunch or dinner, and Mum gets a complimentary glass of Moet! It’s also a perfect opportunity to gather everyone together for our hearty family roast, and indulge in a bespoke cocktail or two on the side.

What a perfect way to treat Mum like the Queen she is!

VATTERTAG- Father’s Day Revisited!
25th October

We willkommen Dad to a beer palace fit for your king! We all missed out on Father’s Day due to lockdown, as we decided to celebrate Vattertag (that’s Father’s Day in German) this Oktoberfest instead. A day of boozy brunching, plus build your own Bloody Marys, indulgent family roasts and a huge selection of Bavarian sausages for lunch and dinner for that authentic Oktoberfest experience. And of course, it wouldn’t be Oktoberfest OR Father’s Day without beer.

Book in for dining, and Dad gets a pint of our delicious brand new tank beer – Budějovický Budvar, or Budvar as we call it because our Czech pronunciation isn’t the best…delicious, tasting and arriving in the glass as fresh as it leaves the brewery, a real treat for any beer fan.

That concludes our virtual tour of the upcoming Oktoberfest festivities. Keep an eye on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feeds for all the latest updates and insights. We look forward to raising a stein with you very soon. Prost!
