Welcome to the new tastes of Brewhemia. With a new season comes an opportunity to hit refresh and do what we do best – live for the now; live for the adventures, frivolity, and, of course, decadence which is exactly what our new menu exudes.

Explore a twist on traditional dishes with German and alpine influences, restaurant classics, and never-seen-before additions to the Brewhemian dining experience. The extended menu keeps your favourites from times passed but adds curated dishes full of character, vibrancy, flavours, and warmth, waiting to be devoured! From breakfast, to all-day brunch, dinners, and of course desserts, there’s truly something for everyone.

Do you ‘wurst’ with German-inspired sausages, pretzels, strudel, and schnitzel, dabble in a little Parisian decadence with a croque monsieur, frites, and charcuterie, or indulge in a touch of Italian with the likes of pasta and sformato, following the adventures of our gallivanting founder, Rabbie. However, we can never forgo where the heart finds home with elevated Scottish scran – steaks on stone, black forest burger, and fish and chips.. to name just a few.

Private Room Hire Spaces

  1. The Bothy: imagine après-ski vibes meets highland lodge right in the heart of Edinburgh. The Bothy is a cozy space tucked away in our Beer Palace; complete with a selection of tank, tap and bottled beer and specialist whisky and rum selections. Perfect for meetings, networking events, and private Christmas parties.

  2. The Boudoir: inspired by the glamour of Parisian Moulin Rouge, the Boudoir exudes elegance. Located within the upper levels of the Beer Palace, it's an intimate setting with a private bar area where our bartenders craft cocktail and gin creations abound. Ideal for pop-up events, launch nights, and celebratory occasions.

  3. The Caffé and Prosecco Bar: by day, it's our chic Caffé, by evening it turns into a Prosecco Bar. With Venetian flair and a baby grand piano, this spacious yet intimate setting is perfect for networking events, corporate functions and milestone celebrations.

  4. The Beer Palace: The Beer Palace boasts an impressive capacity of 800, making it a versatile space for various events. From corporate meetings to award shows and launch parties, the options are indeed endless. And with its built-in stage, screen, projector, and fully equipped AV systems, it’s the ultimate showstopper! Perfect For – Networking and pop-up events, launch nights, celebratory events, private Christmas parties.

We understand that organizing corporate events can feel like a hurdle race. That’s why we’ve curated hassle-free delegate packages:

  1. Early Rise Package (9AM - 1PM):

Dedicated server, unlimited tea, coffee, and water, fresh orange and apple juice, breakfast rolls and pastries. £27.50pp (minimum 10 guests)

  1. All Day (Buffet) Package (9AM - 5PM, 4PM in the Beer Palace):

Dedicated server, unlimited tea, coffee, and water, fresh juice, breakfast rolls and pastries, selection of buffet items and soft drinks. £55pp.

  1. All Day (Dining) Package (9AM - 5PM, 4PM in the Beer Palace):

Dedicated server, unlimited tea, coffee, and water, fresh juice, breakfast rolls and pastries followed by 2-course dining (starter and main). £66pp.

Christmas 2023 - Terms & Conditions

T&Cs All Christmas bookings secured with a non-refundable deposit.
All Christmas bookings will require final numbers, pre-orders & payments submitted four weeks prior to booking date.

All pricing, packages & menus in this brochure are subject to change.
Due to our layout, you may be seated across multiple tables, we do always aim to ensure you are seated as close together as possible.

We reserve the right to relocate bookings within the venue in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

We can allow under 18s in the venue until 10pm Sun-Thurs and under 21s Fri-Sat.
We operate a challenge 25 policy and advise all guests to bring identification.
We don’t accept fancy dress or decorations within the venue and our staff reserve the right to refuse admission or service at any time.

All pricing for Christmas Lunches, Musical Mondays, Late Night Panto, Party Nights, Drag Brunches and Dining & Drag packages is inclusive of a discretionary 12.5% service charge.

We do not offer any Christmas Lunches or Party Nights on Saturdays. We can offer main menu dining for groups of up to 10.
