HOUSE RULES

1. AGE POLICY

Excluding guests that are visiting as part of a dining party Brewhemia operates an over 21 policy. Challenge 25 is in operation. All guests under 21 are allowed in the venue until 10pm.

2. DRESS CODE

Brewhemians are a dapper bunch, we request that all guests dress appropriately and not for getting the messages; “That’s Scottish for going to get the groceries". We operate on a smart/casual dress code and don't allow sportswear, fancy dress, workwear or football colours.

3. BOOKINGS

Bookings will be held for 15 minutes, after this time all tables/areas will be re-opened for other customers. Any areas left unattended for longer than 15 minutes will not be held. Card details are required for every booking, if you do not attend your booking within the allocated 15-minute arrival window or no-show you will be charged £10 per person. We require at least two hours notice should you need to amend your booking for dining and at least four hours notice for a drinks booking.

4. REALLOCATION

Due to our layout you may be seated across multiple tables and we reserve the right to re-allocate bookings within the venue.

5. LOUD MUSIC

Please note we are a live entertainment venue and therefore there will likely be loud, live music on during your visit, including immersive and interactive performers.

6. RIGHT OF ADMISSION

We reserve the right to refuse admission or service at any time. Please drink responsibly and behave appropriately.

7. HOLDING TABLES

Reservations of 5 or under are allocated a 2 hour dining window, 6 or more two and a half hours, 9 or more operate a three hour allocation.

8. DOGS

We are a dog friendly venue! However, to keep your dogs safe, we don’t allow dogs in the venue after 8pm.

STAROPRAMEN - WIN A TRIP TO PRAGUE

These standard terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided to you or to which are referred at the time of entering the competition. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Livestrike Ltd, Molson Coors UK, its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.

The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over and opted in to receive marketing and promotional information from Livestrike Ltd via email. Proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit. The prizes are as stated, are not transferrable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including the necessary travel documents, passports and visas. Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers' terms and conditions. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of country of resident and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Livestrike Ltd relating to any post-winning publicity.

Unless stated otherwise, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged, the Promoter reserves the right to offer prize to the runner(s)-up, selected by the same judges. Confirmation of the prize will be made in by email to the winner(s). Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

The prize is a 2 night trip for 2 people to Prague, with flights from a Scottish airport, including a stay in a 4* hotel, dinner on the first evening with a brewery tour and beer tasting at the Staropramen Brewery in Prague. The provider of the prize is specified within the promotional material;. The Promoter is Livestrike Ltd, 42-44 King Street, Stirling, FK8 1AY. In the event of a discrepancy between the standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail. A list of winners will be available by writing into the Promoter's address no earlier than six weeks, unless otherwise stated, after the close of the competition. Only the surname and county of the winners will be disclosed.

DEPOSITS/FULL BALANCE T&C’S

All monies received as a deposit payment toward a future reservation or event are subject to our company terms & conditions; all deposit and full balance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Severe Weather Policy: In the event of the venue being unable to open due to severe weather, bookers will be contacted by the venue to offer rescheduled dates. Dates subject to availability. All other cancellations are bound by our standard terms and conditions. All guests must be available to be seated at the arranged time of booking. Failure to do so will result in loss of bookings and deposit paid.

GIFT CARDS T&C’S

  1. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

  2. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.

  3. When purchasing Gift Cards for multiple people, ensure to buy each amount in separate transactions, rather than adding the total amount to a single card.

  4. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the gift card(s), the difference can be made up with a cash or credit card payment. If it is less, then change cannot be given.

  5. The gift card contains value which may only be used to purchase food or drink at any Castle Leisure Group venue.

  6. Present the gift card to a member of staff at time of purchase and amounts will be deducted from card balance. Additional value may be added to your card at any time.

  7. For balance enquiry please present your card to a member of staff.

  8. Gift cards have an expiration date of 12 months from the purchase date.

  9. Gift cards cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event, you may not sell the Gift Cards through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Gift Cards by you to a third party.

Christmas 2023 - Terms & Conditions

T&Cs All Christmas bookings secured with a non-refundable deposit.
All Christmas bookings will require final numbers, pre-orders & payments submitted four weeks prior to booking date.

All pricing, packages & menus in this brochure are subject to change.
Due to our layout, you may be seated across multiple tables, we do always aim to ensure you are seated as close together as possible.

We reserve the right to relocate bookings within the venue in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

We can allow under 18s in the venue until 10pm Sun-Thurs and under 21s Fri-Sat.
We operate a challenge 25 policy and advise all guests to bring identification.
We don’t accept fancy dress or decorations within the venue and our staff reserve the right to refuse admission or service at any time.

All pricing for Christmas Lunches, Musical Mondays, Late Night Panto, Party Nights, Drag Brunches and Dining & Drag packages is inclusive of a discretionary 12.5% service charge.

We do not offer any Christmas Lunches or Party Nights on Saturdays. We can offer main menu dining for groups of up to 10.
